Brewing Instructions

Take 15g of FrontStreet Coffee Colombian Huila coffee beans and grind them to sugar-sized particles. Then wet the filter paper with hot water to remove any paper taste, and pour in the ground coffee.
Step 2: Warming
Use hot water to warm the filter cup and serving pot, ensuring that the brewed coffee won't cool down quickly and lose flavor.
Step 3: Brewing
Fill the pour-over kettle with appropriate hot water (depending on the coffee beans, the optimal temperature is between 88°C~94°C). Start pouring in clockwise circles from the center of the filter cup, brewing to 30g in 15 seconds. Let it bloom for about 25-35 seconds until no more bubbles appear.
After blooming, continue pouring in circular motions until the coffee reaches 230g~240g (adjust according to personal taste preferences).
Step 4: Tasting
When all the coffee liquid has finished dripping, you'll have a pot of fragrant coffee. At this point, you can savor the FrontStreet Coffee Colombian coffee you've made with your own hands!
