FrontStreet Coffee - Kilimanjaro Coffee Introduction

Mount Kilimanjaro is located in northeastern Tanzania, about 160 kilometers south of the East African Rift Valley and approximately 225 kilometers south of Nairobi, between the equator and 3° south latitude. It serves as the watershed between Tanzania and Kenya, Africa's highest mountain range, and simultaneously a volcano and snow-capped mountain. The mountain's main body extends nearly 80 kilometers east-west, primarily consisting of three extinct volcanoes: Kibo, Mawenzi, and Shira, covering an area of 756 square kilometers. Its central volcanic cone, Uhuru Peak, reaches an elevation of 5,895 meters, making it Africa's highest point. Kilimanjaro coffee is produced here.

Kilimanjaro AA is the highest grade of coffee beans, characterized by full-bodied beans, pure flavor, rich and refreshing taste, with superior quality in all aspects. Tanzania borders Kenya, so Kilimanjaro coffee beans appear quite similar to Kenyan coffee. However, it lacks the bright,发散 acidity of Kenyan AA, instead offering a softer, more refreshing sensation. The fertile volcanic soil imparts rich texture and soft acidity to the coffee here. It emits delicate fragrances and contains wine and fruit aromas, leaving an endless aftertaste.

The coffee quality is excellent, with rich aroma and prominent acidity. These coffee beans possess extraordinary quality. After drinking Kilimanjaro coffee, one always feels a soft, mellow earthy taste lingering at the corners of the mouth. Coffee connoisseurs often use words like "wild" or "untamed" to describe it. It can be said that pure Kilimanjaro coffee is "the most African-characteristic coffee."

Kilimanjaro coffee beans, as single-origin beans, are often lightly or medium roasted, producing prominent yet gentle acidity with a hint of sweetness, featuring pleasant berry flavors. It is a black coffee suitable for appreciating coffee flavors.
