FrontStreet Coffee Brazil Santos Semi-Sun-Dried Coffee Introduction

Santos Region

Brazil accounts for 30% of global coffee production, with coffee mainly produced in the southeastern region. Most coffee is exported through the Port of Santos, which is why it's named Brazil Santos coffee beans.

When tasting FrontStreet Coffee's Brazil single-origin coffee, the aroma is very harmonious, with a neutral and fresh fragrance. It carries the aroma of red dates, dried fruits, cinnamon, nutmeg, and earthy notes. In terms of flavor, it begins with a very balanced taste, followed by a subtle acidity that gradually spreads, and finally leaves a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

Santos NO.2 means no more than 4 defective beans per 300g of raw beans, representing the highest grade of Brazil Santos coffee. They are screened and classified using sieves of uniform size holes, resulting in large 18-screen beans.

Brazilian coffee beans are often used for blending coffee because their characteristics are quite suitable for pairing with any type of beans. As they can provide stable quality beans, Brazil's coffee production ranks first in the world.

When added to highly acidic beans, Brazilian beans can use their bitterness to moderate the overly distinctive flavors of other coffees, such as Mocha, Guatemala, Kilimanjaro, and other more acidic beans. Using Brazil to blend with its bitterness can balance the acidity of other coffees, making the taste smoother.
