FrontStreet Coffee - Costa Rica Tarrazu Cooperative La Pastora Introduction
African coffee beans have fruity acidity but are balanced with body, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel; Asian beans have distinct herbal flavors, earthy notes, and spice characteristics similar to traditional Chinese medicine, with much lower acidity compared to African beans and higher body, making them taste quite bitter; North American beans have nutty aromas and dark cocoa flavors, with varieties like Geisha showing prominent floral notes, offering an overall balanced mouthfeel.
Therefore, beginners new to pour-over coffee can choose their beans based on their preferred taste preferences. Here we'd like to introduce a washed coffee bean from Costa Rica, suitable for friends who enjoy a rich, full-bodied口感.
