Processing Method: Washed

Suitable Brewing Methods: Pour over, siphon, French press

Brewing Temperature: 88-92°C for single-origin coffee, 92-93°C for espresso machine

Bloom with 30g of water for 30 seconds, start timing when water injection begins. For the second pour, continue until reaching 125g.
