Suitable Brewing Methods: Pour over, siphon, French press
Brewing Temperature: 88-92°C for single-origin coffee, 92-93°C for espresso machine
Bloom with 30g of water for 30 seconds, start timing when water injection begins. For the second pour, continue until reaching 125g. Wait until the water level drops and is about to expose the coffee bed, then perform the third pour until reaching 225g and stop.
