FrontStreet Coffee - Kenya Coffee Bean Recommendations
Coffee industry professionals unanimously consider Kenyan coffee one of their favorite products. This is because Kenyan coffee encompasses every sensation we seek from a good cup of coffee. It possesses wonderfully delightful and satisfying aromas, balanced and pleasant acidity, uniform beans, and excellent fruit flavors. The taste is exceptionally unique, with hardly any similar coffee varieties.
The distinctive characteristic of Kenyan coffee is its prominent fruit fragrance. Try to discover this flavor in the coffee and notice how it feels in your mouth. Among these, citrus aroma is common. Kenyan coffee offers multi-layered taste profiles and juice-like acidity, with perfect grapefruit and wine flavors, and moderate body.
The Nairobi auction is held for private exporters, with the Kenyan Coffee Committee paying growers prices below market value. The best coffee grade is Peaberry (PB), followed by AA++, AA+, AA, AB, and so on, in descending order. Premium coffee beans are glossy, delicious, and slightly wine-like in flavor.
Organizing auctions also serves to meet the needs of blenders. These auctions typically feature smaller quantities (3-6 tons per lot), with samples marked with growers' identification for buyer evaluation. After the auction, exporters package the coffee according to different flavor profiles, quality levels, and the quantities required by blenders. This provides blenders with great flexibility. Quality-conscious Germans and Nordics are long-term buyers of Kenyan coffee.

It possesses wonderfully delightful and satisfying aromas, balanced and pleasant acidity, uniform beans, and excellent fruit flavors.
