In terms of processing method, Adado uses the traditional natural processing method of Yirgacheffe for green bean treatment. Although since 1972, washed processing has largely replaced natural processing in Ethiopia, in recent years, due to severe water shortages in Africa and continuous improvements in modern natural processing techniques, Yirgacheffe has frequently introduced stunning natural beans, and natural processing is back!
Natural processed coffee beans have more fruit flavors and fermented tastes of ripe fruits. Based on traditional natural processing, followed by light roasting, the unique flavors of Adado coffee beans are preserved to the greatest extent. Finally, Adado presents rich blueberry flavors, soft fruit acidity, and citrus notes.
The Adado coffee beans this time are rated G1, which is the highest grade, with no more than 3 defective beans per 300g of green beans.
