Single origin coffee typically refers to coffee extracted from coffee beans from a single origin, featuring pure flavors with strong varietal characteristics and unique taste profiles; some are fresh and mild, while others are fragrant and smooth. Usually, to fully appreciate the unique taste and mellow flavor of single origin coffee, it's consumed without sugar. Below, we'll introduce common knowledge about single origin coffee beans, allowing coffee lovers with different preferences to select their favorite single origin coffee beans more specifically.

Types and Characteristics of Single Origin Coffee Beans:

(1) Blue Mountain Coffee: Produced in Jamaica. Pure Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee perfectly blends the unique sour, bitter, sweet, and mellow flavors of coffee, with an extremely rich aroma, fragrant sweetness, smoothness, and persistent fruit notes, creating a strongly appealing elegant character that other coffees cannot match. Blue Mountain Coffee is the best of the best, with prices reaching thousands of dollars per pound. Currently, the Jamaican government has never exported Blue Mountain Coffee to our country, in other words, there is no genuine Blue Mountain Coffee available domestically.

(2) Brazilian Coffee: With numerous varieties, most Brazilian coffees feature moderate acidity characteristics, with neutral sweet, bitter, and mellow flavors, medium concentration, and a smooth yet distinctive taste. It's known as the backbone of coffee and is also excellent for blending.

(3) Colombian Coffee: Produced in Colombia. It's extremely nutritious with high balance, sometimes featuring nutty notes.
