Canet is located in the highest altitude area of coffee cultivation in Tarrazu, Costa Rica.

Caturra is a single-gene variant of Bourbon, discovered in Brazil in 1937. It has better production capacity and disease resistance than Bourbon, with shorter plants that facilitate harvesting. In terms of flavor, it exhibits lemon or citrus acidity with fruity sweetness.

This region is the most densely cultivated fruit-growing area in Costa Rica. The estate owner primarily grows passion fruit, with coffee production being quite limited. Coffee is only grown in a specific area with special care, harvesting only ripe red cherry fruits.

Raisin honey processing is a type of double fermentation honey processing. First, coffee cherries are dried to a raisin-like state, then the pulp is removed for honey processing fermentation. This method results in more intense fermentation flavors and preserves more mucilage than other honey processing methods. The 100% mucilage honey processing truly gives it a raisin flavor.
