Guji Sidamo is a premium coffee bean grown in the forests of the mountainous region at an altitude of about 1800 meters in the southernmost part of Ethiopia. This is 100% Arabica coffee, with no more than three defective beans in 300 grams. Harvested in December each year, unwashed, the coffee fruits are dried on terraces for three weeks of sun-drying, revealing distinctive fruit flavor characteristics.
