FrontStreet Coffee - Ethiopia Sidamo Guji Adola Semeom Special Process Introduction
Ethiopia has a long and profound history of coffee production and consumption, and is the country of origin for the most famous and widely cultivated coffee variety in the world, "Arabica coffee". Guji Sidamo is a premium coffee bean grown in the forests of the mountainous region at an altitude of about 1800 meters in the southernmost part of Ethiopia. This is 100% Arabica coffee, with no more than three defective beans in 300 grams. Harvested in December each year, unwashed, the coffee fruits are dried on terraces for three weeks of sun-drying, revealing distinctive fruit flavor characteristics.
