Huilan is a premium high-altitude coffee bean selected by the Colombian state-owned company, known as a national treasure of Colombia. Thanks to superior geographical and climatic conditions, Colombian coffee has always maintained high quality.

Colombian coffee beans without special market brand names typically come from the National Federation of Colombia Coffee Growers, a very large federation known for its strict quality control and active promotion.

In Colombia's coffee bean grading system, Supremo is the highest grade, representing the largest and fullest premium Colombian coffee beans with minimal defective beans and impurities. Excelso grade features smaller beans and is considered more ordinary.

Colombian coffee exhibits balanced flavor, rich acidity, and unique flavor characteristics. It has relatively full body and sometimes carries a hint of red wine charm and admirable fruit flavors.
