FrontStreet Coffee - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Wote Konga Royal Selection G1 Natural Introduction
Konga is located in a small area of the Gedeo administrative zone in Yirgacheffe town, southern Ethiopia. Over 600 local small farmers collectively produce this coffee, many of whom are members of the Worka Cooperative. The coffee batches produced by these farmers have consistently shown outstanding impressive performance. Carefully selected fully ripe coffee cherries demonstrate impressive outstanding quality. During the natural drying process on raised beds, defective beans are carefully removed to enhance flavor cleanliness and consistency, ensuring each production batch is of the best quality.
The high-altitude growing environment and excellent local native variety genes have created Wote Konga's bright and juicy taste. The natural drying process adds rich and strong fruit notes. Under light roast performance, rich and intense fruit flavors such as cantaloupe, strawberry, blueberry, and ripe berries explode the moment the beans are ground, immediately capturing attention. The texture is as smooth as silk, the taste is clean and balanced, with a lingering, lively and diverse fruity sweetness in the aftertaste.
