Lemon, flowers (jasmine, coffee flowers, wild ginger flowers, gardenias, etc.), and honey are the most classic flavor elements of washed Ethiopian specialty coffee. I still remember more than a decade ago when siphon brewing was popular—a pot of washed Ethiopia leaving the refreshing aroma of lemon and flower honey in the upper chamber, sweeping many people into the world of single-origin specialty coffee like a gust of wind.

Morea was conceived by the Roundstone team based on the classic flavor elements of washed Ethiopia. In Ethiopia, "Nora" refers to lemon/lime, while "Mare" means honey. Combined, Morea represents lemon honey. The phonetic translation "Moliya" cleverly incorporates the third flavor element of flowers, perfectly embodying the style this product aims to express.

In addition to origin cupping and pre-shipment sample testing, Lemon Honey/Morea undergoes final warehouse sampling testing to ensure the flavor meets expectations before release. The Lemon Honey/Morea 19/01 batch will definitely deliver the three elements of lemon, honey, and flowers.
