The A.T. Processing Station is located in the Gedeb region of Yirgacheffe at an altitude of 1700-2200m. Owner Alemayehu says, "Coffee is my life." Alemayehu and Ardent firmly believe that strict control at every processing stage is essential to quality. From the harvest of ripe cherries to the dehulling process, the time is controlled within eight hours. The fruit then ferments for 36-48 hours, followed by washing with Moto River water and shade-drying until the parchment layer reaches about 12% moisture content. The coffee from this station features distinct berry and currant flavors.

The A.D. Processing Station is located in the Bensa region of Sidamo at an altitude of approximately 1900 meters.
