Paliang Village belongs to Menglian Dai, Lahu, and Va Autonomous County, Mengma Town, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province.

This area is part of the Nushan Mountain Range in Yunnan, with an average temperature of 16-18°C and annual rainfall of 1900-2200ml. Paliang Village is situated in high mountains, surrounded by pristine and flourishing forests, adjacent to the Nujiang River. The abundant mountain sunlight and terraced coffee cultivation grounds have created numerous microclimates, making it extremely suitable for coffee cultivation.

The village currently has 731 farming households with 2,292 people engaged in agricultural production. The main crops are coffee and tea. The growers in the village are predominantly of the Lahu ethnic group. "Daya" means "beautiful" in the Lahu language and is also the name of our partner processing station, symbolizing "beautiful coffee."

From November to March each year is the harvest period for Yunnan coffee cherries. Like many high-quality coffee growing regions in Central and South America, coffee growers in the mountains use shade cultivation methods, planting numerous shade trees to create favorable growing conditions that can sustainably improve coffee quality over the long term.

This coffee batch comes from Lot 3, requiring growers to select only the most mature fully red coffee cherries. Later, through the double fermentation processing method, strict control is maintained over fermentation temperature, fermentation time, fermentation stages, and relevant drying process parameters, ultimately producing a richly layered and extremely high-quality Yunnan coffee.
