Kenya AA

The best Arabica coffee beans in Africa are found in Kenya. Kenya AA coffee, produced from high-altitude Arabica coffee beans in Africa, has stable quality and rich flavor. The coffee beans themselves carry a strong aroma and fruit acidity, with a rich and intense taste, clear layers, and abundant and varied aftertaste.

Kenya Thimanini Girl

Kenya Thimanini Girl comes from a micro-region called Karatina in NYERI. The Ndima-ini factory is part of the Gakuyu cooperative, which separated from the large Mathera cooperative in 1996 to become independent. The Gakuyu cooperative has only two factories, Ndima-ini and Kirigu, employing 1,800 staff. The Kirigu factory is named after the Kirigu River, which supplies water for processing coffee cherries near the factory.

Over the past 20 years, about 850 small farmers have delivered ripe coffee cherries to the Ndima-ini factory for processing by factory manager John Kamau. This Kenya Thimanini Girl, unlike the traditional 72-hour fermentation washed processing method of Kenyan coffees, undergoes 80 hours of soaking and fermentation after de-pulping, and is finally naturally dried on raised drying beds.
