Finca Inmaculada, Colombia
Finca Inmaculada spans only 8 acres in the Cauca mountain region of Colombia. In this ideal coffee production area, Camilo and his partners, the Holguin Family, have established several small, innovative farms. Each section is unique and suitable for cultivating different coffee varieties.
Camilo imported 26 rare varieties from the Colombian Coffee Research Institute. These are typically not cultivated commercially because they yield extremely low production, are very delicate, and require highly sensitive cultivation techniques. Most cannot generate profits, but dedication is essential for achieving exceptional flavor and uniqueness.
Rume Sudan is a forgotten variety from the world, originating from the remote Roma Valley in the Boma Plateau of eastern Sudan. Perhaps only eagles know of this wild variety, which possesses an exquisite aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits mixed with wildflowers. The next opportunity to taste it remains uncertain.
