Colombian Exotic Giraldo Coffee
Giraldo Exotic is located in Antioquia, a province of Colombia, situated in the high-altitude Andes Mountains.
The warm winds rising from the Cauca River Valley create a unique microclimate in Giraldo, providing exceptionally favorable conditions for local coffee cultivation.
For Colombian coffee growers, producing good coffee is their lifelong pursuit.
In 2004, 15 coffee growers, sharing this same ideal and seeking a better life, established the Grupo Giraldo Exotico de Altura cooperative.
For 15 years, they have been working tirelessly to improve coffee quality.
In recent years, one of them achieved the remarkable feat of winning first place in the Antioquia Coffee Quality competition, while several others reached the finals of Colombia's Cup of Excellence.
Today, the Altura cooperative has grown to include approximately 80 families, working together to produce high-quality coffee and bring better lives to their community.
