Honduras Emerald Manor Washed Pacamara

Manor: Emerald Manor

Processing Method: Fine Washed

Altitude: 1425m

Variety: Pacamara

This washed Pacamara comes from the Santa Barbara region. Pacamara is a hybrid variety of Maragogype (a Typica variety, also known as elephant bean) and Pacas (a Bourbon variety). It inherits the large bean size of Maragogype and is recognized worldwide as a top-tier specialty coffee variety. Besides Honduras, it is widely cultivated in Central American regions such as Guatemala and Mexico.

Among Central American coffee regions, Honduran coffee stands out for its black berry flavors and caramel sweetness, with medium body, and some batches even exhibit black pepper and tobacco leaf notes.
