This batch is produced by the Hersha Cooperative located near Dilla town.
The Hersha Cooperative was established in 1976 and is situated near Dilla town.
Currently a member of the Sidamo Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU), the Hersha Cooperative has approximately 1,200 farmers and operates its own washed processing station. This batch has undergone secondary selection, exhibiting excellent flavor performance.
