Intense fruity characteristics in cupping, with prominent flavors of cantaloupe, honey peach, and berries. Clean, smooth, and balanced with lively, dynamic layers and rich sweetness.

This coffee is Ethiopia's native Heirloom variety, characterized by its diverse flavor profile and rich fruit characteristics.

The "Lion King" comes from the Guji region in Sidamo. As Ethiopia's most renowned coffee-producing area, the coffee farmers here have their unique pursuit of coffee quality. The soil here consists of nutrient-rich, well-drained volcanic soil, with depths exceeding 2 meters. In most cases, soil nutrients are maintained by natural organic fertilizers provided by fallen leaves and debris from surrounding trees. In other words, it's organic cultivation.
