Brewing Technique: Segmented extraction
Start with 34g of water for a 30-second bloom, then continue with a small circular pour to 127g. When the water level drops and is about to expose the coffee bed, continue pouring to 226g and stop. Remove the dripper when the water level drops and is about to expose the coffee bed (timing from the start of bloom). Total extraction time: 2'05".
