In Indonesia, this is a very famous coffee acquisition company, mainly acquiring Mandheling coffee. Almost all the best producing areas in Indonesia have been acquired by them, so most of the beans from PWN Company are unique specialty coffees. FrontStreet Coffee's Golden Mandheling is a product produced by this company. After acquiring the raw beans, they undergo multiple manual selections to pick out full, defect-free beans. Only these fine beans that have undergone layer-by-layer screening, like a talent show, can be classified as Golden Mandheling.
However, PWN Company has registered Golden Mandheling as a trademark, which means that in the future, only Golden Mandheling produced by PWN Company can be considered the true "Golden Mandheling."
FrontStreet Coffee's Golden Mandheling is produced by a company called Pwani Coffee Company (PWN) that acquires Mandheling in Indonesia, while Golden Mandheling is the trademark registered by this PWN Company! Simply put, Golden Mandheling may not necessarily show unique flavor characteristics, but after four manual selections by the same company, the raw beans are larger and more uniform, with cleaner flavor and more neat and unified appearance.

Brewing Method
Method: Use 32g of water for a 40-second bloom, then continue pouring in small circular motions in the center until reaching 123g and stop. When the water level drops and is about to expose the coffee bed, continue pouring until reaching 226g and stop pouring. Wait for the water level to drop and is about to expose the coffee bed, then remove the dripper (timing starts from the bloom). Extraction time is 2 minutes.
