La Pradera Estate is dedicated to specialty coffee, adjusting and practicing product non-toxicity and quality through organic certification. Fifty years ago, the farm plot was fertile land located in the CHICAMOCHA canyon of the SANTANDER region, and now it has become a 100-hectare forest that provides shade for more than 10 coffee varieties grown organically. The estate's mission is to find emerging market trends and meet customer needs, while being committed to researching and developing equipment for better coffee bean processing. Today, the farm has a dedicated coffee laboratory, which helps them find ways to cultivate and improve coffee quality.
