La Pradera Estate is dedicated to specialty coffee, adjusting and implementing product non-toxicity and quality through organic certification. Today, they have become a 100-hectare forest that provides shade for more than ten coffee varieties grown organically. The estate's mission is to identify emerging market trends and meet customer needs, while committing to research and development of equipment for better coffee bean processing. The farm now has a dedicated coffee laboratory, which helps them find ways to cultivate and improve coffee quality.
