La Pradera Estate is dedicated to specialty coffee, adjusting and practicing product non-toxicity and quality through organic certification. Fifty years ago, the farm plots were fertile lands located in the CHICAMOCHA canyon area of SANTANDER, and today they have become a 100-hectare forest that provides shade for more than 10 coffee varieties grown organically. The estate's mission is to find emerging market trends and meet customer needs, while also being committed to researching and developing equipment to better process coffee beans. Currently, the farm has a dedicated coffee laboratory, which helps them find ways to cultivate and improve coffee quality.
