Guatemala Antigua coffee not only has smooth beans with high hardness and excellent quality, but also features a perfect balance between richness, acidity, and sweetness. Additionally, a hint of smoky flavor further emphasizes its depth and mystery.

Guatemala is located in the center of North and South America, occupying an important position in Central America. The country covers an area of approximately 108,899 square kilometers. Its geographical features can be divided into: highland volcanoes, lowland tropical forests, Pacific coastal volcanic sand plains, and Caribbean coastal virgin lands. The Central American Sierra Madre mountain range stretches across Guatemala from east to west, covering about two-thirds of the country, with 34 volcanoes within its borders. In this country, rivers and lakes dot the landscape, while equatorial forests and plains cover the earth. The Pacific and Caribbean coasts also feature undeveloped volcanic beaches.

Coffee produced in Guatemala ranks among the world's finest coffees. This is because Guatemala's terrain consists of high-altitude volcanic formations, and these volcanoes provide the ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Compared to other coffee varieties, connoisseurs prefer this coffee with its spiced flavor profile. The Extra Hard Bean (SHB) from this region is a rare excellent coffee - it features full-bodied beans, delicious taste, and balanced acidity. Additionally, its giant coffee beans have also brought significant attention to Guatemala.

Guatemalan coffee has a rich aroma that is enjoyable even before drinking - the fragrance itself is a pleasure. Antigua coffee has a rich and velvety body, with intense and lively fragrance, and refined acidity. When the enticing rich aroma lingers on your palate, it contains an indescribable mystery. At the first sip, you might find it plain, but as the coffee gradually cools, you will discover its subtle sweetness and be surprised by its depth.

When grinding, you can smell rich nutty and spicy aromas, along with some slight fermented berry fragrance. When hot, the entry is quite balanced, carrying some fermented fruit aroma and genmaicha tea notes, with nutty and almond flavors. As the temperature decreases, it reveals citrus, berry, and ripe fruit sweet-sour notes, with persistent sugarcane aftertaste. Overall, it's quite sweet and balanced.
