Rich and Intense Aroma

Colombian Supremo possesses a rich and intense aroma, with bright, high-quality acidity, excellent balance, and sometimes nutty notes that leave a lasting impression. Both in appearance and quality, Colombian Supremo is remarkably superior—like a woman's subtle charm, captivating and perfectly balanced, leaving one feeling nostalgic. Each coffee variety has its own strong character depending on its origin. For example:

Coffee Beans

The bold and intense Mandheling has a character akin to a man of steel; the mellow and fragrant Blue Mountain coffee captivates gentle women, making them addicted. Meanwhile, the consistently light and aromatic Colombian Supremo coffee is perfect for those who prefer light flavors. Such people don't want to treat drinking coffee as a formal, seated affair, contemplating profound life philosophies between sour, sweet, bitter, and astringent notes—they simply want to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, a steaming cup of Colombian coffee, allowing them to experience that "life's best state is rich tranquility. Tranquility comes from being free from the temptations of external fame and fortune; richness comes from possessing the treasures of the inner spiritual world." They believe that life's greatest happiness lies in gaining such a brilliant interpretation of this state of being.

Perfectly Balanced

The sour, bitter, and sweet flavors of Colombian Supremo coffee are perfectly balanced. Its unique aroma fills the entire mouth after consumption. When you exhale the aroma from your mouth through your nose, the fragrance is incredibly fulfilling. Perhaps you might find it too dominant, as it quickly captures your taste buds, your thoughts, and even your soul. Why resist it? Our lives are already filled with sour, sweet, bitter, and astringent experiences—let the aroma of coffee take away everything mundane. What we enjoy is not just a simple cup of coffee, but also that moment of tranquility that coffee brings us.

Ice Pour Over

For ice pour over, we have two methods of adding ice cubes. Let's first look at the brewing parameters for adding 100g of ice to the serving pitcher first.

Brewing Parameters: 1:15 ratio / 90°C / 15g coffee grounds / grind size BG-6M (58% pass-through rate on China standard #20 sieve). After pouring 30g of water for a 30-second bloom, continue pouring to 100g. Once the coffee bed is visible, pour an additional 152g of water to finish. Remove the filter cone when the coffee has finished dripping. Total extraction time: approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds.
