This is a traditional washed Panama coffee bean, featuring the ancient Typica variety. It is exceptionally clean and well-balanced, with prominent floral and blueberry notes that evoke the elegance of Geisha varieties. The coffee offers a long-lasting aftertaste and abundant sweetness.

For this aromatic Panama Finca Altieri Typica, FrontStreet Coffee recommends the pour-over method:
Equipment: Hario V60
Water Temperature: 90°C
Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:15
Grind Size: Medium-fine (BG-6S: 58% passing through Chinese standard #20 sieve)
Brewing Technique: Multi-stage extraction. Begin with 30g of water for a 40-second bloom (extended slightly due to the freshness and high gas content of the beans). Pour in small circular motions to 124g, then create a stage break. Continue pouring to 228g when the water level is about to expose the coffee bed. Remove the filter cone when the water level approaches the coffee bed again. Total extraction time from the start of bloom: 2'00".
