Because the Huilan region features mountainous terrain and coffee is cultivated on canyon slopes, it benefits from high altitudes ideal for growing high-quality Arabica beans, as well as suitable temperatures. The climate of the canyon slopes not only prevents cold winds from entering but also provides cool mountain breezes without high temperatures, and rainfall is relatively abundant. It can be described as a naturally gifted coffee cultivation area.

Furthermore, Colombian coffee workers manually harvest coffee bean fruits (also known as coffee cherries) in the mountains, allowing for careful selection of the most mature and plump fruits. Additionally, most coffee beans are processed using the washed method. After medium roasting, they exhibit a light and silky mouthfeel, sometimes with a hint of acidity, unlike the intense flavors of Brazilian coffee and Italian Espresso. In Colombia, it's hailed as "green gold."

Grind size: 4 (Japan Fuji R440)

Water temperature: 88°C

V60 dripper, 15g of coffee, water temperature 88°C, grind size 4, water-to-coffee ratio close to 1:15

28g of water for blooming, bloom time 26s

Segmented brewing: pour water to 120ml, pause, then slowly pour to 230ml
