Yirgacheffe Coffee Origin
Yirgacheffe grows in the famous mountainous and forest production areas of southwestern Ethiopia. The coffee beans are small to medium-sized, with raw beans slightly yellowish-green in color and beautifully intact in shape. It has moderate acidity and maintains the African Mocha style, making it a high-quality washed Arabica bean.

What Makes Yirgacheffe Special
The reason why FrontStreet Coffee's Yirgacheffe is famous lies in its unique flavor profile of lemon fruit notes, flower tea aromas, and honey sweetness that leaves everyone who tastes it full of praise.
Rethinking Coffee Drinking Habits
In the past, what was commonly called "drinking coffee" was overwhelmingly sweetened and milky flavored coffee—perhaps more accurately defined as a beverage, as it barely reveals the coffee's own flavor. At best, it's just a bit sweeter, with more milk flavor, or simply a bitter taste. It's time to change our coffee drinking habits.
Brewing Method
Preparation
Take an appropriate coffee cup, warm it with hot water, and pour out the water once the cup is heated.
Brewing Process
Remove the inner coffee bag, tear it along the dotted line, and hang it on the rim of the cup.
Wet the coffee with 90-95°C hot water. After about 30 seconds, you can see the coffee grounds fully absorb water and expand.
Slowly add 180cc of hot water (adjust the water amount according to personal preference for strength) and steep for 1.5 minutes.
After removing the coffee filter bag, you have a delicious cup of coffee.
Serving Recommendation
Freshly brewed coffee should not be consumed immediately. Wait until it reaches a drinkable temperature, as this allows you to fully appreciate the coffee's inherent flavors.
