Quality Excellence Through Premium Processing
By offering fresh fruit prices double the market rate, we've elevated the quality of fresh fruit from 65% to 95% fully red cherries. Through drying rack natural drying for 18 days, manual defect sorting, and careful processing, we create premium washed green beans. This washed processing method differs from traditional washing - we employ double wet fermentation washing, soaking the beans in water for 48 hours to enhance mouthfeel body and soften acidity.
Puer Dakahe Coffee Professional Cooperative / Linrun Estate
Address: Donggualin Community, Dakahe Village, Nanping Town, Simao District, Puer City, Yunnan Province, China
The tranquil and serene Dakahe Village borders the Sun River National Forest Park, with connected mountain ranges and water systems, giving Dakahe Village a unique ecological advantage. What makes this small village even more beautiful and fragrant are the coffee plantations covering the mountains. Dakahe Village is located at the edge of the coffee cultivation golden belt, situated between latitude 22°02-24°50°N and longitude 99°09-102°19°E, with the Tropic of Cancer passing through. With an average altitude of 1100-1500m, low latitude and high altitude, humid rainy seasons, and sufficient sunshine during harvest season, it's a plateau climate zone dominated by South Asian tropical mountainous humid monsoon climate.
Cooperative Excellence and Organic Vision
Dakahe Village Coffee Professional Cooperative was established in 2009 with 50 member households and 7,000 mu of coffee cultivation area, all planted with Arabica (Catimor P3/P4) varieties. As the village party secretary, Hua Honglin established Linrun Economic and Trade Co., Ltd., and implemented a "company + base + farmers" model to launch the thousand-mu construction of "Simao District Organic Coffee Estate," where one thousand mu obtained EU organic certification in January 2018, focusing on cultivating and producing premium coffee.
Organic Commitment and Quality Processing
The estate insists on following organic routes, focusing on improving coffee cultivation environments, maintaining manual weed removal, applying organic fertilizers, and possessing high-quality coffee fields. The estate began changing traditional processing methods in 2015, cultivating professional harvesting teams, and increasing the red fruit rate from 65% to 95%, providing high-quality fully red fresh fruit as raw material for premium coffee production. Meanwhile, the estate has complete fresh fruit processing stations and dry hulling plants. The fresh fruit processing station is located in the center of the entire estate with abundant water resources, ensuring timely processing of fresh fruit received daily. The hulling plant is built adjacent to the drying field with spacious storage conditions, equipped with two color sorters, ensuring stable quality of processed green beans annually.
Innovation and Quality Dedication
2015 marked an important turning point for Dakahe Cooperative and Linrun Company. The company founder's daughter, Meizi, returned after graduating from university, dedicating her persistence and passion for coffee, all the sincerity of her young life, to the boundless coffee plantations without reservation. She assembled a professional post-processing team that conducts extensive innovative coffee processing experiments before each coffee harvest season in November. We collect data on coffee cherry sweetness, coffee fermentation pH values, and drying environment temperature/humidity to seek the most suitable coffee processing methods for Yunnan Puer. We invite buyers to join us in quality control, reach consensus, and annually provide high-quality Yunnan premium coffee to various premium coffee shops.
