Alishan Mfeel Coffee represents premium specialty coffee among Taiwan coffees. "Mafeel" comes from the language of the Tsou indigenous people of Alishan mountains, meaning "very delicious to drink." Alishan is the coffee growing region, and Alishan coffee is cultivated by the Tsou people themselves, who named it "Mafeel." The coffee produced belongs to Taiwan coffee varieties. Due to the limited production of Alishan's Mafeel Taiwan coffee, its rarity makes it particularly valuable.

The estate is located in Leye Village, Alishan Township, Chiayi County, at an altitude of 1,200 meters. This region experiences significant temperature variations between day and night, producing coffee beans that are large in size, full-bodied in aroma, smooth in mouthfeel, sweet, and slightly acidic.

During cultivation, organic fertilizers and natural farming methods are used in harmony with the ecosystem. The coffee ripening period occurs between November and March of the following year. All beans are manually harvested throughout the process. After selecting plump, full fruits, the outer skin is removed. The beans are then fermented and washed with mountain spring water, followed by natural sun-drying or machine drying. Once completely dried, they are stored in warehouses. The estate possesses a complete set of coffee post-processing equipment, including fermentation tanks, fresh bean peelers, raw bean dryers, raw bean hullers, polishers, graders, and color sorters. It is the only coffee estate in the Alishan region with complete equipment, and all coffee beans produced are for direct sale by the estate.
