Cupping Notes:

Honduras has long been considered as having no good coffee, but little do people know that many of the top Guatemalan coffees we drink are secretly shipped from the Santa Barbara region. This means that Honduras still has very good coffee, though it remains in the minority.

However, this situation has significantly improved now. With the strong promotion from organizations like MGO, the Honduran government, and COE, we can already find high-quality coffee. Take today's protagonist—San Vicente Estate—for example, which possesses an amazing sweetness and fruity fragrance within.

The dry aroma presents a rose and orange peel-like fragrance. After adding hot water, the wet aroma reveals notes similar to guava, grape juice, caramel, and baked biscuits. The cup shows a very subtle tropical fruit sweetness, with a candy-like sweetness that is remarkably long-lasting. The finish reveals hints of coriander seeds, with an overall viscous and balanced character.
