Zambia: A Land of Coffee Excellence
Zambia is located in central Africa, south of the equator, and is named after the Zambezi River that originates from this land. Today, Zambian coffee cultivation is mainly concentrated in the Kasama region in the north and the Nakonde and Isoka regions near the capital Lusaka.

Since Zambian coffee belongs to the same series as Kenyan coffee - both high-quality Arabica original varieties - they have equivalent requirements in cultivation conditions and grading standards. The best coffee comes from high-altitude areas, with grading based on screen size standards, in order: PB (Peaberry), then AA++, AA+, AA, AB. The processing method for green beans is typically washed processing, handled with great care and high standards.

They have moderate richness and wine-like flavors. Compared to the strong berry flavors of Kenyan coffee, Zambian coffee leans more toward floral and fruit aromas.
