  1. Press the button to preheat.
  2. When the rice cooker reaches a certain temperature, add the coffee beans.
  3. Wear heat-resistant gloves and hold the lid and handle to shake.
  4. After the first and second cracks, silver skin will start popping off and smoke will emerge.
  5. Since the lid is transparent, you can directly observe the roasting situation inside. Stop roasting when the appropriate degree is reached.

Roasting Degrees

Light Roast
