Why Drink Freshly Ground Coffee_ How Many Times Can Freshly Ground Coffee Beans Be Brewed_ Benefits of Drinking Freshly Ground Coffee
Freshly Ground Coffee
Freshly ground coffee, as the name suggests, is coffee made from roasted beans that are ground and brewed only when needed. Coffee beans produce a large number of aromatic compounds after roasting, and grinding fresh preserves that aroma from fading, for a more authentic taste. In a quiet moment, grinding a cup of coffee at home and savoring it slowly not only passes the time but also brings delicious enjoyment, achieving two goals at once.
This coffee gift box contains coffee beans, a French press, and a grinder along with other supporting tools, making it even more convenient to use. Carefully selected imported raw beans are the ingredient, processed slowly with fresh-roasting techniques so the aroma fully blooms. Just smelling it reveals a charming fragrance that makes the mouth water. The method is simple: grind the beans in the grinder, then place them in the French press for extraction and cooling, and a cup of fragrant coffee is easily prepared.
Speaking of coffee, Starbucks is undoubtedly one of the most beloved choices. This Starbucks coffee uses high-quality imported Arabica beans as its raw material, and through deep-roasting techniques the aroma of the beans is fully released for a richer, more mellow taste. The Italian espresso-style coffee has a slightly bitter taste at first sip, followed by a unique fresh aroma that lingers throughout the mouth, with an endless aftertaste and enjoyment after drinking.

FrontStreet Coffee Recommendation
If you like a bright, aromatic coffee, FrontStreet Coffee's Strawberry Candy is a great fit for a French press. This Geisha blend is custom-built from a Costa Rican honey-processed coffee and a washed Panamanian Geisha, combining the finest flavor characteristics of Central American coffee. Brewed in a French press, FrontStreet's Strawberry Candy gives off aromas of rose, citrus, grape, and dried blueberry, and with milk it turns into the aroma of strawberry gummy candy.
For a low-acid, full-crema black coffee, FrontStreet Coffee's PWN Gold Mandheling is the first choice. As one of Asia's most famous specialty coffees, it goes through three rounds of hand sorting plus one machine sort, leaving even and translucent beans; after medium-dark roasting the beans are large and carry rich spice, caramel, fir, and dark chocolate aromas, and a French press extraction gives a full body with good crema.
On grind size, FrontStreet suggests a coarse-sugar setting: 10.5 on an EK43s electric grinder, or 26 on a hand grinder, more like small gravel than fine sand. Grinding too fine can make the water extract the grounds too quickly; for other immersion brewers that may not matter, but in a French press too fine a grind lets fine particles pass through the metal mesh and leaves a lot of sediment in the cup. If you want more layered flavor, you can use a finer grind, but remember to shorten the steep time accordingly to avoid over-extraction. On ratio, the common 1:15, or 15 g of grounds to 225 g of water, yields a concentration of about 1.1-1.2%, giving a thicker, fuller flavor; start there and adjust to taste. On temperature, if you lack a thermometer, let boiled water rest for 2-3 minutes (depending on air temperature) to brew at about 90°C, and aim for a degree or two higher than a normal pour-over since the French press adds no agitation to lift extraction. On time, the steep usually runs 3 to 5 minutes; FrontStreet suggests starting at a 4-minute steep. To use it, take out the plunger, add the grounds, pour in 15 times their weight in hot water, stir gently, set the plunger on top, and wait 4 minutes before pressing slowly to the bottom and carefully pouring the coffee out without disturbing the sediment.
