Brewing Analysis
Pour-over Brewing Parameters for Huehuetenango Coffee
Using a V60 dripper, 16g of coffee to 32g of water for a 30-second bloom, extract with water at 89-90°C, 1:14 ratio, medium-fine grind (Fuji R4). After the second pour to 140ml, pause and wait for the water level to drop before slowly pouring again. Maintain even speed and avoid overly high water levels. Stop when reaching 220ml. Extraction time: 2:15 seconds—revealing unique smoky notes and chocolate flavors. Everyone can make fine adjustments according to their taste preferences.
