"Ninety Plus" does not refer to all coffees scoring above 90 points in evaluations. Good coffee appears one year, disappears the next. Sometimes found in different estates, it possesses various flavor characteristics. "Ninety Plus" refers to a premium coffee series of 13 flavor profiles. These coffees come exclusively from Ninety Plus Coffee, an American specialty coffee creator. All are Ethiopian Heirloom old varieties, cultivated in natural ecological environments and processed to artistic standards for flavor optimization. Ninety Plus's pursuit of ultimate flavor is truly admirable, and their sustainable development model and environmental practices serve as learning objectives for many coffee producers. Since the company's founding in 2006, this young company has made itself known to coffee professionals worldwide in just a few years. The coffee series debuted in 2007 and was immediately recognized by coffee experts as a precious selection. In 2014, we were very excited to be selected as Ninety Plus's exclusive agent in China. Ninety Plus's founder, Joseph Brodsky, discovered early on that the world's highest quality green coffee beans originated from Ethiopia, and its various different varieties with different flavors are no less than 10,000 grape varieties making 1 million different fine wines. Ninety Plus's green beans all come from Ethiopian original varieties, including the Geisha (Gesha) in Panama estates, which are also transplanted Ethiopian Heirloom original varieties. The processing method is Ninety Plus's specialty - they separate these coffees by variety, microclimate, and harvest timing, tasting each one individually, designing specific processing methods for each flavor profile to achieve a particular characteristic, much like how major designers dedicate themselves to creating a near-artistic craft masterpiece. Natural products undergo much refinement and improvement before presenting their most beautiful form to everyone. In 2007, founder and current CEO Joseph Brodsky personally traveled to the birthplace of coffee - Ethiopia, searching for wild coffee tree varieties, experimenting with various processing methods, finally allowing the coffee to speak in its own voice, letting the world hear the heart-shaking whispers filled with fruit aroma and rich meaning. But this wasn't enough - Joseph actively acquired a vast 134-hectare coffee estate in Panama, planting extensively with the Gesha variety, hailed in recent years as the finest coffee variety, with as many as 80,000 trees.

Nekisse is the third bean from Ninety Plus Company, after Aricha and Beloya, found in 2010 that meets the 90+ standards.

It received the highest score of 96 points that year from Coffee Review.

With strong floral and fruit aromas, blackberry, strawberry, and berry fragrances, citrus, cherry, plum, lemon, and grape notes, with a hint of wine residue aroma.

Upon entry, it feels like sweet mixed juice with a touch of coffee sensation, fruit-like sweetness with rich, multi-layered changes after tasting.

It has thus earned the nickname "fruit bomb."

Nekisse can be considered Ethiopia's finest natural-process coffee beans.
