Cupping Report
The ground dry aroma reveals sweet notes of candied fruit, walnuts, and honey. The wet aroma after adding hot water carries delicate floral notes, raisins, maltose, brown sugar, and sweet spices.
The cup exhibits remarkable juiciness with a solid mouthfeel, showcasing blackcurrant and blackberry flavors. The rich fruit pectin texture is both delicate and gentle, with beautiful acidity—this is an exceptionally sweet coffee that connoisseurs should not miss!

FrontStreet Coffee's recommended brewing parameters: 15g coffee, ground with Fujiyama "ghost tooth" burrs at setting 3.5, using V60 dripper at 90-91°C water temperature. First pour 30g water for 30s bloom, then pour to 110g and pause. Wait until the water level drops to half, then continue pouring slowly until reaching 225g total. Water-to-coffee ratio of 1:15, with extraction time around 2:00.
