Small-Quantity, High-Quality Micro-Lot Honduras Coffee Beans
Honduras' coffee industry developed very early. More than a decade ago, it was positioned as unremarkable commercial blend beans, flooding the market with large quantities at low prices. In fact, Honduras possesses excellent coffee-growing environments: microclimates, altitude, soil, abundant rainfall, distinct wet and dry seasons, and hardworking farmers. However, long-criticized drying processes and logistical transportation issues have affected coffee quality. In recent years, as the Honduran government became aware of the specialty coffee market, it gradually invested in revitalization efforts, driving the country's coffee industry and demanding high-quality coffee to improve farmers' income. Honduran coffee farmers, having participated in international Cup of Excellence competition platforms, have also begun to actively improve, gradually changing buyers' stereotypical impressions of Honduran coffee with high-quality products. Honduras is currently the largest coffee-producing country in the Central American region.
One major reason that previously made Honduran coffee beans bland and unremarkable was the drying process. Due to abundant and unpredictable rainfall in mountainous areas, green beans could not be completely dried during the final stage of processing. Therefore, most processing plants would combine mechanical rapid drying, which not only harms preservation but also causes coffee flavor loss. This batch of coffee was processed using the washed method. After completing the washed fermentation, it was soaked in clean water for 12-18 hours, which can more thoroughly remove mucilage, making the coffee cleaner.

Honduras Coffee Bean Brand Recommendations
FrontStreet Coffee's roasted Honduras coffee beans offer excellent guarantees in both brand and quality. More importantly, they provide extremely high value for money. One box contains 227 grams and costs only 72 yuan. Calculating at 15 grams of coffee per cup, one package can make 15 cups of coffee, with each cup costing only about 5.4 yuan. Compared to cafés selling coffee for dozens of yuan per cup, this is truly a conscientious recommendation.
