Weekly Coffee
This week's coffee is fresh drip coffee. Because we make it in large batches each time, with a minimum of several grande servings. And its shelf life is only one hour (any unsold coffee will be discarded after one hour). Therefore, partners generally don't prepare it in advance and only make it when customers order it. That's why we say it's freshly made. Drip coffee belongs to black coffee. Compared to American coffee, the bitterness is similar, but it's a bit smoother. As for the specific taste, it depends on the variety of coffee beans (almost every week's beans will be different, which is why it's called "Weekly Coffee"). The latest bean is Chitamu. This bean makes coffee that's excellent both hot and cold, wonderfully delightful with a slight fruit flavor. A glass of iced Chitamu coffee on a sunny day is truly wonderful.
It's also called fresh drip coffee because we use different coffee beans each week, hence the name "Weekly Coffee." Customers ask if we've made it because not many people order it, making it easy to waste when prepared.
