Coke Estate:
Located 50 kilometers from Guatemala City, the farm covers a total area of 500 hectares. The main features of the farm are as follows:
- Maintains 55% natural reserve area, the most extensive conservation park in the surrounding region. This is the natural habitat for many wild animals and migratory birds. The main tree species conserved are pine and oak. Most of the conserved animals and plants are included in the conservation program.
- 25% of the area is dedicated to coffee cultivation (approximately 126 hectares).
Achievements:
In 2007, El Socorro won the COE Overall Championship with a score of 93.6 and was awarded the Presidential Medal.
In 2008, it achieved fourth place nationally in COE with a score of 89.6.
In 2009, it secured tenth place nationally in COE with a score of 88.08.
In 2011, it won the SCAA COTY Guatemala's Finest Coffee. That same year, it claimed the COE Overall Championship with a score of 91.53 and received the Presidential Medal once again.
In 2013, El Scorro y Anexos once again achieved third place nationally in the COE competition with a score of 90.19. Every year, it wins awards with cupping scores above 90 points.

- Pour-over: V60 dripper, Fuji R440 grinder setting 3.5, water temperature around 90°C
- French press: Recommended grinder setting 4, water temperature 90°C
- Siphon: Recommended grinder setting 4, water temperature between 90°C-91°C
- AeroPress: Recommended grinder setting 3.5, water temperature 90°C
