Guatemala-Macometita comes from Guatemala's most renowned coffee-producing region, "Antigua." The area receives an average annual rainfall of 1300mm and has temperatures below 23°C throughout the year. It features a mix of Bourbon and Caturra varieties. The entire coffee plantation is situated at altitudes between 1,400-1,600 meters, with rich nutrients provided by black mineral clay from the nearby Acatenango volcano. Additionally, the Pacific Ocean brings a mild climate and rainfall for irrigation. The coffee is hand-picked. The gentle and delicate sweet chocolate aroma variations are truly delightful!
