La Siberia Farm, El Salvador

La Siberia Farm, located in Central America's El Salvador, is situated approximately 60km northwest from the center of the capital San Salvador. La Siberia Farm benefits from the influence of the Santa Ana volcano, possessing volcanic fertile soil that creates an ideal environment for nurturing fine coffee. The farm is managed by Mr. Hoff and his wife Carmen, who also manage five other farms besides La Siberia. Among these farms, La Siberia is the largest scale, and this year's main sales from the farm are the Pacamara variety.

Pacamara Cultivation

The Pacamara is cultivated on steep terrain within the farm, and due to strong winds, it faces harsh growing conditions. However, Pacamara has strong roots that can withstand and grow steadily even in such environments, making it a very resilient variety. In fact, the harvested fruits also present layered flavors that reflect their growing conditions. La Siberia Farm's Pacamara offers bright and elegant fruit acidity, with a clean, round, and smooth mouthfeel. It doesn't have flamboyant flavors but possesses a stable and intriguing comfortable sensation. Although El Salvador is a small country in Central America, its coffee cultivation is noteworthy and it stands as an excellent producing nation. Regardless, please seize the opportunity to try El Salvador's finest Pacamara coffee.

Natural Process Pacamara

The natural process Pacamara from La Siberia Farm possesses elegant fragrance and an impressive sweet aftertaste. This is because during the production process, very careful and meticulous management is applied, allowing one to appreciate natural fermentation flavors that remain pleasant and comfortable.
