Origin and Processing Details

Origin: Mt. Elgon Region, Uganda, Africa

Green Beans: Organic HB certified Hard Bean

Notes: The Bugidu tribe lives in the Elgon Mountain region and has become coffee-expert farmers. Due to the undisturbed natural environment, their production has received organic certification, which is quite special. Because the mountainous terrain is steep and there are barely any proper roads during the rainy season, transportation is difficult. However, the Bugidu tribe uses donkeys to transport green beans, solving this problem. India uses elephants to transport coffee beans. Therefore, every time we drink Ugandan coffee, we particularly feel the primitive passion for coffee.
