Panama's special local microclimate leads to abundant rainfall in this region, combined with significant day-night temperature differences, plus the unique volcanic rock soil of the volcanic area, as well as meticulous harvesting and refined processing, making this coffee perform exceptionally well in body, acidity, and floral aromas.

For convenience in harvesting, coffee farmers didn't reclassify them but directly processed the three varieties together. The Washed Processing Method
There are many washed processing methods today, but generally, after coffee cherries are harvested, floating beans are removed, then the pulp is removed, and the coffee beans are soaked in fermentation tanks. Enzymes in the water soften the mucilage attached to the parchment, while natural yeasts break down the sugars in the mucilage — this process is called fermentation. After fermentation completes, the coffee beans are moved to drying patios to sun-dry, requiring constant turning during drying to ensure even drying. Finally, they are stored in parchment in warehouses, and only after green bean merchants place orders are they hulled and bagged. Coffee processed this way has a clean cup, emphasizing bright, lively fruit acidity, as well as clear fruit flavors and floral aromas.
