Recently, Starbucks partners have been sharing their "sleeve tattoos" on social media platforms.

It turns out! This is Starbucks partners doing early promotion for a new flavor of iced shaken espresso series - Coconut Duo Iced Shaken Espresso. (The product will be launched on the 27th of this month, which is tomorrow!)

According to Starbucks partners' sharing, starting tomorrow, anyone who purchases iced shaken espresso series products will receive a tattoo sticker. However, before they even start giving them away, the partners have already eagerly begun showing off their "tattooed arms" hahaha!

Looking at everyone's arms covered with tattoo stickers, the writer couldn't help but think of this meme:

When iced shaken espresso was first introduced, the product focused not on the foam texture that injects soul into a cup of coffee, but on injecting the barista's confidence.

Now, the once socially anxious baristas have successfully upgraded to social butterflies after nearly a year of shaking. With the addition of "tattooed arms," it's believed that the confidence of baristas will be doubly injected into this coffee series! Whoever takes a sip will be full of vitality and energy!

In this era where most people love to share their daily lives on social media platforms, a small tattoo sticker can bring entertainment to everyone, while also providing another opportunity to share daily life, which is a very good thing.

However, many netizens have also expressed opposition to this Starbucks activity! They believe that a large part of Starbucks' customer base consists of students, and such tattoo stickers could easily mislead them. They also stated that if they're giving them to people under 18, they shouldn't. Real tattoos would disqualify them from becoming civil servants or officials.

In response to this opposition from netizens, the comments section was harmonious because everyone understands that Starbucks' main customer group is not students, but rather adults who are economically independent. This group has their own thinking and can clearly understand whether tattoos will affect them.

Some netizens also said that these tattoo stickers are purely for entertainment. They were invented for people who dare not/don't want to get real tattoos but want to try something new. Just like the stickers that came with bubble gum when we were children that could stick to skin, they can be removed with lotion/alcohol rubbing, completely not affecting future life. They believe such concerns are completely unfounded.

Other netizens said that if such tattoo stickers can mislead the next generation, then parents are the biggest problem. There are also many small shops near schools that sell these stickers, which probably should all be banned.

Real tattoos are a lifetime commitment. When a person decides to get a tattoo, they need to be responsible for their decision. If a small tattoo sticker can have such a big impact, perhaps the root of the problem doesn't lie with the inventor/brand of the sticker.
