Coffee: A Modern Lifestyle Essential

Drinking coffee has become an integral part of modern lifestyle, serving as a daily necessity for many people. It's not just about boosting energy or awakening the mind—it's a way of life. However, some coffee enthusiasts prefer to limit their intake due to caffeine's effects, making decaffeinated coffee an appealing alternative.

Understanding Regular vs. Decaffeinated Coffee

Actually, there isn't a significant difference between regular and decaffeinated coffee—it's primarily about the caffeine content. When you drink coffee seeking moderate caffeine intake, various factors come into play: coffee bean varieties, grind size, roasting methods, brewing techniques, water temperature, and extraction time all influence the final caffeine levels. In recent years, responding to market demands, specially processed low-caffeine coffees have emerged. According to EU standards, low-caffeine coffee refers to beans that, after processing, contain no more than 0.1% caffeine by weight of the raw beans.
