What is Brazilian Coffee Most Famous For? How to Use Brazilian Coffee Grounds - Brewing Tutorial
Brazil Queen Estate Coffee Beans
I would personally recommend coffee beans from Brazil's Queen Estate, which is a very well-established and prestigious estate in Brazil's specialty coffee industry. Queen Estate is located in São Paulo state, a famous specialty coffee producing region in Brazil. The reason Queen Estate is famous is that since Brazil began holding the Cup of Excellence (COE) competition in 1999, its coffee beans have won awards every year, and there have even been instances where Queen Estate's coffee beans swept multiple positions in the COE competition. FrontStreet Coffee carries Yellow Bourbon coffee beans produced and processed by Brazil's Queen Estate, which has high body, rich nutty and chocolate flavors, making it truly delicious, and with careful tasting, you'll also find a hint of elegant and soft acidity hidden within.
How to Brew Brazilian Coffee Powder
How should you brew Brazilian coffee powder? This depends on what type of coffee powder you've purchased - whether it's instant coffee powder, espresso coffee powder, or manually brewed specialty coffee powder. For instant coffee, you can simply mix it with hot water. For espresso powder, it's recommended to use an espresso machine or a moka pot for extraction. As for powder ground from Brazilian specialty coffee beans, I personally recommend using a pour-over filter cup for brewing.
